A busy start to the gigging year
Hello and Happy New Year. it started well with a rocking gig at The New Inn in Newport playing with The Believers. It’s a while since I’ve been out with these talented guys and it was very nice to see them again.
Next stop was a 70th Birthday party at Boldmere Sports Club. I sat in with party band The Amps, who did a rocking set, and then had the pleasure of jamming with the Birthday boy himself who was on drums in his own band.
DJ Chris Mack was on the decks and played a fine selection of rock classics and Pop tunes, the dance floor was packed all night as you can see.
Some great gigs booked in already this year, looking forward to getting out and playing.
